1. Service-Only Offering

Ittihad Placement does not sell or ship any physical products. All offerings are professional services that enable job seekers to apply for verified roles and employers to access qualified candidates. As such, traditional “returns” do not apply; instead, we focus on clearly defined refund scenarios tied to service milestones.

2. Placement Guarantee Framework

Every guaranteed job posting includes the eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and timelines for assessment. Refund decisions are based on whether both parties adhered to those terms. Please review the guarantee summary on each listing before confirming payment.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • The employer cancels a guaranteed role without providing an alternative mutually agreeable option.
  • The candidate fulfills all stipulated requirements but is not shortlisted, interviewed, or placed within the guarantee period.
  • Duplicate payments caused by technical errors on the platform or payment gateway.
  • Any other scenario explicitly described as refundable within the job listing or your service agreement.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Failure to submit accurate documents, certificates, or background information.
  • Missing interviews, assessments, or communication deadlines outlined in the process.
  • Voluntary withdrawal by the candidate or employer after the guarantee period has commenced.
  • Applications for roles that clearly indicate a non-refundable fee.

5. Requesting a Refund

  1. Contact support@ittihadplacement.com with your application ID and supporting documents.
  2. Our compliance team acknowledges the request within two business days.
  3. Investigations are typically completed within 10–15 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.

6. Processing Timelines

Once a refund is approved, Razorpay or your issuing bank may require 5–10 business days to credit the amount. Processing times can vary based on the payment instrument and banking partners.
