1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ittihad Placement FZ-LLC’s platform, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, browsing jobs, submitting job postings, or paying any fees, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts.
• Information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and kept current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Platform Usage

Ittihad Placement provides a curated marketplace that connects job seekers and verified employers under a placement guarantee framework. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without written consent.
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory job postings or applications.
• Interfere with platform integrity, security, or performance.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of Ittihad Placement or third parties.

4. Fees, Payments & Taxes

Certain parts of the Services involve paid features such as application fees or premium listings. By initiating a payment you authorize us and our payment partners (including Razorpay) to charge the selected payment method for the displayed amount plus applicable taxes. Prices may be updated from time to time and will always be shown at the point of checkout.

5. Placement Guarantee & Refunds

Every guaranteed job posting clearly states the eligibility criteria, evaluation milestones, and refund triggers. Refunds are handled in accordance with our dedicated Refund & Return Policy. You are responsible for reading the guarantee details on each posting before making payment.

6. Communications

By using the Services you consent to receive transactional emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, and in-app notifications regarding your account, security alerts, or service updates. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time, but transactional messages are mandatory for service continuity.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and content provided through the platform remain the exclusive property of Ittihad Placement or its licensors. Limited, revocable, non-transferable access is granted for personal or internal business use only.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ittihad Placement disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
